Who are we?
We are just regular guys who proudly serve our community and truly love being firefighters. We take our jobs very seriously because we know that when that bell goes off, it means someone is calling for help. What we've come to learn over time is that many emergencies could have been prevented with just a little education. This is one part of why Station 8 was created. Station 8 has given us the ability to serve more than just our community; we can now serve anyone with an internet connected device.

We are big believers in fire prevention and life safety education. The truth is, the easiest fires to put out and the easiest problems to fix are the ones you prevent. Aside from putting out fires and fixing problems, we are public educators, and also fathers. This is why we are so passionate about creating a new learning experience for young minds. We truly enjoy what we do and it shows through our content and performances.

We welcome other departments, educators, teachers, and parents to use Station 8 as a resource in their classrooms and homes. Station 8 is not only for kids; it is for everyone! We truly hope that you all can learn something from Station 8. Who knows, it could save a life one day!
